NewWay Life Solutions grew from a simple belief: The way we relate to ourselves shapes the way we relate to everyone around us. We're Brooke Lucas and Carol Russell, and NewWay is the result of years of our own personal development, relationship work, facilitation and lived experience.
We haven't arrived here because we believe we've figured life out. We've arrived here because we've experienced what can happen when we're willing to become curious about ourselves - our patterns, our reactions, our relationships and the stories we've carried with us.

So much of personal development focuses on the individual. We believe there's another important part of the conversation: How do we take what we're learning about ourselves and bring it into our relationships and everyday lives?
How do we communicate when emotions are high? How do we recognise an old pattern before automatically repeating it? How do we listen differently? How do we remain connected to ourselves while being connected to someone else?
We take a holistic approach that considers the mental, emotional, physical, relational and spiritual aspects of being human. We believe each person brings their own history, experiences, strengths and way of seeing the world.
Our role is to create spaces where you can explore those things with greater awareness, honesty and compassion. Sometimes that's one-to-one. Sometimes it's sitting in a circle with others. Sometimes it's stepping away from everyday life for an immersive experience.

Like most, my life has taken me down many roads, some good, some not so good. 10 years ago I embarked on my own personal development journey where I learned that true success goes far beyond achievement. It led me to explore what it means to live with presence, authenticity, integrity and purpose.
Through NewWay Life Solutions, I now guide others on that same path, combining grounded structure with heart-centered awareness to help people release old patterns and reconnect with clarity and confidence.
Together with Carol, I facilitate programs that support conscious relationships, deep healing, and lasting personal change.

CAROL RUSSELL
NEWWAY LIFE SOLUTIION FOUNDER. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT COACH
At 37, despite having everything that looked like success, I reached burnout and realised I was living my life for everyone else. That awakening sparked a journey of deep personal transformation, one that led me out of my head and into embodied awareness.
Since then, I have spent countless hours learning and integrating what I have learned into my every day life. I still have a life that looks like success, but now I have it with peace, balance & self-love. I have guided hundreds of women and men to reconnect with themselves, release old unhealthy patterns, and rediscover joy.
My work is driven by a desire to create change that ripples through generations, helping people remember their worth, power, and limitless capacity for love, for self and others.
